- Pay: PB-3 + GP Rs. 6600
- Age: 35 years (40 for SC/ST and 38 for OBC)

- MBBS: 32 Posts
- BDS: 01 Post

- Qualification: MBBS / BDS from a recognized university.
- Pay: PB-3 + GP Rs. 5400
