Educational & Other Qualifications:
A candidate must hold a Degree of a recognised University or must have put in five years of regular service as Upper Division Clerk in the Council.

2. Personal Asst.
No. of Posts: 01
Scale of Pay: PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4200
Educational & Other Qualifications:
Must have passed 12th class or any other examination recognised as equivalent to the said examination by the Govt. of India with English as one of the subjects. Skill of Stenography in English or Hindi comprising a dictation at 120 w.p.m. for 7 minutes.

3. Stenographer
No. of Posts: 02
Scale of Pay: PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.2400
Educational & Other Qualifications:
Must have passed 12th class or any other examination recognised as equivalent to the said examination by the Govt. of India with English as one of the subjects. Skill of Stenography in English or Hindi comprising a dictation at 80 w.p.m. for 10 minutes.

4. Lower Division Clerk
No. of Posts: 03
Scale of Pay: PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.1900
Educational & Other Qualifications:
(i) 12th pass or equivalent qualification from a Govt. recognised Board/University.
(ii) Typing skill of Computer (English Typing @ 35 w.p.m. or Hindi Typing @ 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).

(B) Section Officer on Deputation
Scale of Pay: PB-2 (9300-34800) + GP Rs.4600/-
Eligibility Conditions:
Officers holding analogous posts in Central Govt./State Govt./Autonomous bodies or in the Assistants cadre in the Pay Band of Rs.9300-34800/- with grade pay of Rs.4200/- with 3 years of regular service.
