Educational Qualification:
a. Essential:
Degree in Ceramic/Silicate/Glass Technology or equivalent with Glass as a main subject from recognised University or Institute.
b. Desirable:
Post Graduate degree in Ceramic/Silicate/Glass Technology or Management from recognised University/Institute.
Experience:
a. Essential:
15 years experience in Production/Research in a glass/ceremic industry/R & D Organisation in a responsible position.
b. Desirable:
Experience in Implementation & Management of glass projects and manufacture of different type of glasses/glass products.Experience in financial,personnel management and general administration.
Scale of Pay: Rs.14,300-400-18,300 (pre-revised)
Age Limit: Not exceeding 50 years
