Accountant

Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Eligibility:
(a) Assistant of Central Secretariat Services hold the post on regular basis; or Upper Division Clerks of Central Secretariat Clerical Services with 8 years regular services in the grade; provided they have undergone training in Cash and Accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training Management or equivalent and possess three years experience of Cash,Accounts and Budget work; or
(b) Officers under the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis; or with six years regular service in posts in the pay scale of Rs.4500-125-7000/- (now Rs.5200-20200/- + G.P. Rs.2800/-) or equivalent; or three years regular service in posts in the pay scale of Rs.5000-150-8000/- (now Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-) or equivalent or with eight years regular service in posts in the pay scale of Rs.4000-100-6000/- (now Rs.5200-20200/- + G.P. Rs.2400/-) or equivalent; provided they have undergone training in cash and accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training Management or equivalent and possessing three years experience of Cash,Accounts and Budget work; or
(c) A pass in SAS or equivalent examination conducted by any of the organized Acclunts Department of Central Government.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation/absorption shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications.
