Eligibility Criteria: Deputation (Including short-term contract):
(1.) Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Recognised Research Institutes or Universities or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi Government or Autonomous or Statutory Organizations:-
(a)(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; or
(ii) With 2 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the scale of pay of Rs.16,400-20,000/- (Pre-revised)/PB-4 Rs.37,400-67,000 with Grade Pay of Rs.8,900/- (Revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; or
(iii) With 3 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the scale of pay of Rs.14,300-18,300/- (Pre-revised)/PB-4 Rs.37,400-67,000 with Grade Pay of Rs.8,700/- (Revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; and
(b) Possessing the following educational qualification and experience:-
(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
(ii) 15 years experience in formulation,execution and construction of Civil Works including construction of Hill Roads.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
