Application are invited for filling up the following posts:-

Joint Seceretary and Legislative Counsel (Hindi)
Pay Scale: PB-4 of Rs.37400-67000 plus Grade Pay of Rs.10,000/-
Eligibility:
Officers of the Central/State Governments:
(a)(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the Parent Cadre/Department;or
(ii) with three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the pay band of Rs.37400-67000 plus Grade Pay of Rs.8700/- or equivalent in the Parent Cadre/Department; and
(b) possessing the educational qualifications and experience for direct recruits as set out in Annexure-I.
Essential:
(a)(i) Master’s degree in law (LLM) from a recognised university or equivalent.
(ii) Should be a member of State Judicial Service for a period of thirteen years, or should have held a post in the legal department of a State Government for thirteen years.
