Scouts & Guides
Pay Scale: PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 with grade pay Rs.1800/-
No. of Posts: 02
Qualification: 10th pass or ITI or equivalent.
Age Limit: Between 18 to 33 years as on 01.01.2011.
Eligibility:
the candidates should fulfill following norms for recruitment against Scouts & Guides Quota.
a.) A President Scout/Guide/Ranger/Rover or Himalayan Wood Badge or a Pr. HWB trained Scout Leader/Advanced trained Guide/Leader/Captain.
b.) Should have been an active member of Scout Organizations for atleast 3 years in the recent past and should continue to be active.
c.) Should have attended at least one event at National level and one or two events at State level or should have a good record of participation in Scouts/Guides activities at Unit/District level.

Mode of Selection:
A written examination regarding scouting followed by interview will be conducted.Syllabus for written exam is enclosed.

How To Apply:
The candidates should apply on a quality plain paper of full scape size in the given format only in Hindi/English,no other regional language will be entertained. The application in all respect along with the enclosures duly attested by a Gazetted Officer and Indian Postal Order of Rs.40/- to OC candidates and Rs.10/- for SC/ST candidates should be sent by ordinary post only addressed to “Senior Divisional Personnel Officer” Guntakal Division,South Central Railway on or before 12.03.2011.
