Sr. Engineer
Qualification:
ü  Should have executed one or more coal/lignite based thermal power plant of 100 mw or more right from foundation to commissioning of plant for civil engineering activities
ü  Should execute the construction of Power Plant Civil Works like TG Buildings, Treatment Plants, Structural Foundation, Equipment Foundation, Water Tanks, Roads & Drains, Plant Structures, Bunker Foundation, pump houses, fabrication of industrial buildings.
ü  Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations;  assessing the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertaking risk management in specialist roles;
ü  Managing, supervising and  directing contractors on site and advising on civil engineering issues;
ü  Overseeing the work of junior staff or mentoring civil engineers throughout the charter ship process;
ü  Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and architects, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants, co-workers and clients;  thinking both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems;
ü  Compiling, checking and approving reports; reviewing and approving project drawings;
ü  Adopting all relevant requirements around issues such as building permits, environmental regulations, sanitary design, good manufacturing practices and safety on all work assignments; checking of RA Bills.ü  Ensuring that a project runs smoothly and that the structure is completed on time and within budget;
