Scale of Pay: Rs.15600-39100+6600 (G.P.) (revised) Rs.10000-325-15200 (pre-revised).
Eligibility:
Officers of the Central/State Governments/Agricultural Universities/ICAR/Autonomous Bodies and Corporation.
(a)(i) Holding analogous post; or
(ii) With five year’s service in posts in the scale of pay of Rs.15600-39100-5400 (G.P.) (revised) Rs.8000-275-13500/-(Pre-revised) or equivalent; and
(b)(i) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:-
Essential:
(i) Master’s degree in Zoology of a recognised university or Associate Diploma in Fisheries Science of CIFE and;
(ii) 5 years experience in Fisheries Development or Applied Fisheries Research of Fisheries Extension.
Desirable:
Doctorate in Zoology
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short-term contract shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications)
