Qualification:
Those from Academia should hold a Ph.D or equivalent degree. Those who are pursuing Ph.D are encouraged to apply. While those without a Ph.D may also apply, if selected, they would be encouraged and expected to undertake and complete his/her Ph.D within a reasonable time. For Applicants from the Industry, the Ph.D requirement can be relaxed if the candidate has relevant and substantial work experience. However, if selected, would be encouraged and expected to undertake and complete his/her Ph.D within a reasonable time.
