(a) Officers of the Organized Accounts Service and Organized Group ‘A’ services of the Government of India.
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/Department; OR
(ii) With 3 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs.37400-67000 and Grade Pay of Rs.8700 or equivalent in the parent Cadre / Department; and
(b) Possessing 15 years experience in handling accounts matters including Budgeting,Accounting of Public Finance, Debt Management and External Finance / External Assistance.
Period of deputation: Shall not exceed five years
