Applications are invited for filling-up following vacant posts on deputation basis in Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board, Govt. of NCT of Delhi initially for a period of one year which can be extended upto three years:-

Financial Advisor
Pay Scale: Rs.37400-67000/+GP Rs.8,700 (PB-4)
Qualification:
Officers of organized  Accounts  Service / Department Under  Central Govt.
(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in parent cadre/Department; or
(ii) With five years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the pay scale of Rs.12000-16500 ( pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre / department. (Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organization/ Department of the Central Govt. shall ordinarily not to exceed five years).

Budget & Finance Officer
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100/+GP Rs.7,600 (PB-3)
Qualification:
Officers belonging to Indian Costs Accounts Service/Indian Civil Accounts Service/Indian Audit and Accounts Service or other organized Accounts Services of Govt. of India holding analogous posts.

Director
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100/+GP Rs.7,600 (PB-3)
Qualification:
Officers belonging to Central/State Govt.  Holding  analogous post or officers with five years service in the scale of Rs.10000-15200 ( Pre-revised). The officer must be  possessing a degree of recognized university or equivalent.

Chief Legal Advisor
Pay Scale: Rs.37400-67000/+GP Rs.8,700 (PB-4)
Qualification:
Officers dealing with legal affairs under the Central/State  Govt. Public undertakings/Semi-Govt. Autonomous or Statutory organizations.
(a)(i) Holding analogous posts or
(a)(ii) With five years service in post in the scale of Rs.3700-5000 (pre-revised) or equivalent and (b) possessing degree in Law from a recognized university or equivalent and preferably having experience of dealing with land revenue, service matters etc. OR Officers of higher judicial services.
