Accountant

Scale of Pay: Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade Pay of Rs.2800/-
Period of deputation: Period of deputation shall ordinarily be 3 years.
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Transfer on deputation basis:-
Upper Division Clerk of the CSCS with 3 years service in the grade and possessing experience of 2 years of handling of cash,preparation of pay,travelling allowance & contingency bills,budget & reconciliation of Accounts etc. in a government of India Office. OR
Upper Division Clerk of the CSCS who have successfully undergone training in Cash & Accounts at the Institute of Secretariat Training & Management.

How To Apply:
It is requested that applications of suitable officials who are eligible and willing and who can be spared may be sent along with the attested copies of complete and up-to-date CR dossiers for the last five years and vigilance clearance through the cadre authority by 28.02.2011 at the latest in the attached Proforma (Annexure).Applications not accompanied by CR dossier and Vigilance Clearance are liable to be rejected.
