Degree  or Diploma  or certificate awarded  by any recognized  University or any authority approved  by a  State Government in subject concerned. When candidates possessing the qualifications (1  )above  are  not  available candidate  with  proficiency in  the subject and  experience  or taking part  in  public performance  for not  less than  five  years may be considered. Qualification:
Must have passed VIII class. “Preference will be to the candidates who have passed at least SSC”.
