Applications are invited for filling up the following posts:-
Judicial Member
Pay Scale: Rs.75,500-80,000/- plus allowances under the rules.
Other Terms:
as contained in Railway Claims Tribunal Rules,1989,as amended from time to time.
Qualification:
A Person shall not be qualified for appointment as Judicial Member unless he/she:-
(a) is, or has been, or is qualified to be judge of a high Court.
(b) has been a Member of the Indian Legal Service and has held a post in Grade I of the service for at least three years; or
(c) has, for at least three years,held a civil judicial post carrying a scale of pay which is not less than that of a joint Secretary to the Government of India.
