ISEC invites applications for the following posts:
Estate Supervisor
Pay Scale: Rs. 10000-250-10500-300-12300-350-14400-400-16800-450-18150
Age: Max 50 years.
Qualification:
1. Applicants should be Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University. Preference will be given to BE Graduates in Civil Engineering
2. Sound knowledge of Computers Five years experience in estate matters like supervisory activities in constructions, repairs and maintenance of Office and residential buildings, Garden Maintenance – thematic landscape, indoor and outdoor gardening etc., and Campus Maintenance and Security Maintenance in the campus.
Desirable :
1. Ability to work independently
2. Good oral and written communication skills in English
3. Knowledge in Kannada
